Mobile App Development
Middle School – Wizard Level III – Class 2
About Mobile App Development
Students in Mobile App Development learn how to develop mobile applications using the power of JavaScript. Over 80% of people in the United States have a phone. Needless to say, to be able to develop something that most Americans can access and use is a great way to make money, market a product, or just have fun. With the guidance of an experienced CodeWizardsHQ instructor, students will be taught how to create a mobile app from scratch. Starting from coming up with an idea, to understanding proper graphical user interface etiquette, to actually developing and deploying the app.
Learning Objectives
When students complete Mobile App Development, they will be able to:
- Create fun and interactive mobile apps
- Explain graphical user interface principles
- Incorporate local and cloud storage
Launch an App in App Store
You can’t understand software engineering until you have shipped some code to users. In this course, we guide students into shipping a mobile app to real users by launching the app in the iPhone or Android app store.
